All players must enter through the Tennis Link Online Registration.
Players may enter only one division even though each age division is at a different site and listed as a separate tournament on the schedule.
Players should play in the age division they are seeking Southern Endorsement.
Fourteen of the selections will be based on the most current Southern Standings of the age division only. (No selections based on the younger age group).
All other selections are based on the quotas and endorsements of the States.

We are not allowed to give personal information to those looking for doubles partners. Please use the Facebook Group to communicate to find your doubles partner. DO NOT put your phone # or email addresses in the comments. You can post that you need a partner or message someone who is also a member of the group by clicking on the name of the person. When you have found a partner, both players must register on the Tennis Link. Deadline for doubles entry online is Friday, June 14th at 11:59 PM.

ORDERED ALTERNATES REPORT - POSTED BY NOON WED, JUNE 12th
This is the order alternates will replace any withdrawals originally selected from the Standings List. Prior to the posting of this list, players will be replaced with an alternate from the State's Alternates List, unless there are none.
POINT OF NO RETURN
It is your duty to notify us if you have reached the point where traveling is not an option. We understand that some of you may not be able to come at a moments notice if a spot opens. Please be courteous and withdraw from the alternates list if you know you cannot travel. As long as you are on the Alternates by Event Report, YOU are telling us you can still attend.
ENTRY FEE If you were an ontime entrant, we will be able to charge the credit card entered during registration. If you were a late entry, you must call 478-477-1957 and provide a credit card number for processing the Entry Fee.
ORDERED ALTERNATE LIST All applicants NOT admitted to the main draw shall be listed in order, to be moved into the main draw if/when spaces become available. The order will be based on Southern Standings.
OPTIONS FOR ALTERNATES If you are an alternate and do NOT get in by Friday, June 14, you may do any or all of the following:
1) Stand by as an on-site alternate through Saturday, 15th for any of the 128 unseeded positions
2) Come to play doubles on Sunday, June 16th
3) Stand by as an on-site alternate on Sunday, June 16th for the 32 seeded players
ENTERING ANOTHER TOURNAMENT Alternates wishing to enter another tournament should withdraw from the Alternates list before entering another tournament.
Alternates are not charged the entry fee.

ON SITE ALTERNATES should check in for play 30 minutes before the age group scheduled play time(s) with the head referee (Cheryl Helton) at John Drew Smith Tennis Center. If there is an opening in the draw, onsite alternates that have signed in for play will be selected based on their position on the current Ordered Alternate List.

One trainer will be on site at the John Drew Smith Tennis Center during matches.
By law, Trainers are not allowed to distribute any medicine. Please bring your own Tylenol, Advil, Sinus Medicine, Epi Pens, etc.
Temperatures can go either way, so pack for HOT and cold weather and always HYDRATE prior to your arrival in Macon.
If you have an injury or illness, the process will be much smoother if we have confirmation from the Trainer.
Without confirmation, or a written doctors excuse by the end of the tournament, you may incur suspension points for withdrawing.
Remember, if you withdraw during the tournament, you MUST see the Head Referee in person or it will count as a "NO SHOW".
