Attention All Players, Draws and schedules have been changed!
Girls 12, 14, and 16 draws and schedules have been adjusted due to missed email entries. Boys 12, 16 and 18 draws have also been adjusted. One boys 10 player was moved up to the boys 12 division due to tournament rules. Please check your start times tonight and every night that you are in the tournament. You are responsible for finding out what time you play! If you were an email entry, please bring your ck paybale to the HGA for $45 and deliver it to the front desk before your first match. All play will be held at the Lafayette Tennis Club.

All draws are subject to change
All draws are subject to change. Please recheck draws for changes in time and or withdrawals. All changes made within 24 hrs of tournament start will be phoned to the affected parties. Any changes outside of 24hrs will not be communicated to the player. Please recheck your start time on thursday or friday before the tournament. doubles times may change if you were scheduled to play a team with only one player. Remember that both players on a team must sign up for doubles before the deadline. You must have your partners USTA # to do this. Also, doubles players may only play in their same singles age category and division. If you sign up for a novice division and there are no other novice entries, we will put you in the challenger division. Same goes for Challenger to Open. We will only bump you up one division, not two and we will never move you down a division. Also, we may move you up one age category if we do not have enogh entrants in the age division tha you signed up for. No late entries will be accepted.

For directions to the Lafayette Tennis Club (3125 Camino Diablo, Lafayette, CA 94549, (925) 937-2582), please use the following link to Yahoo maps --> Off of the 24 take the Pleaseant Hill Rd exit North, rt on Stanley then Right on Camino Diablo. You will see our exit sign first. Keep going and you will hit our entrance sign, then turn right down a steep drive. We are located in a hidden glen. Make sure to allow ample time for traffic. We are located close to the freeway so it is an easy drive for most players

Match format
The Match format for singles is best of three sets with a match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will be 8 game pro sets. Novice players format will be First round match loser consolation. All novice players will be guaranteed to have the opportunity to play 2 singles matches. There is a playoff for third and fourth place in all divisions. Please sign up for doubles with a partner before the deadline. Your entry into the doubles is free due to the combined entry fee. If you email the director we will put you on a "looking for a partner" list but cannot guarantee a partner. You and your partner must both sign up with each other before the deadline. Please email us at least 1 week before the deadline or we will not be able to attempt to find a partner for you.

Draws will be posted no later than Wednesday before 8am. Please only ck the internet for your start time. Phone requests for start times will not be accepted.

Contacting the director and check in
If you need to withdraw from the tournament please email the director at hunterhg@comcast.net. Also, please call the director at 925 368-8882. Please list the players name, age, division and reason for the withdraw. The director will contact you to confirm the withdraw. All players should check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. Make sure you check in directly to the site that you are assigned. Lateness penalties will be strictly enforced if you check in to the wrong site. You may find this information when you check your start time on the draws. LTC is the Lafayette Tennis Club. NGH is Northgate High School. RDP is Rudgear Park Tennis Courts. The notes below have detailed directions to each site! All sites will be accepting entry fee checks!

Practice courts
During the tournament no practice courts will be open at the Lafayette Tennis Club. Acalanes High School is a stones throw away from the club and is open to the public. The address is 1200 Pleasant Hill Rd. Take the Pleasant Hill rd exit North and continue on Pleasant Hill until you see the courts on your right hand side. The Lafayette Tennis Club is a 2 minute car ride away.

Dress Code
Proper tennis attire is required on the courts at all times. Collared shirts are not required. All running shoes including non marking running shoes ar prohibited. Black soled shoes except for barricades and other tennis shoes are prohibited as well. You will be defaulted if you cannot find a replacement pair of shoes within 15 minutes after your match time. This rule will be strictly enforced, no exceptions. Shorts, skirts or sweats with pockets or some system to hold an extra ball is required. No cuttoff jeans are allowed on the courts. If you look good on the court you will play better!!!

Deadline has been extended! Email entries still accepted
The Deadline has been extended. Email entries will be accepted until tuesday september 21st at 7p. This is the last extension!!! Please email to hunterhg@comcast.net. On the email please put on the subject heading "ltc one weekend september challenger email entry". make sure to list your players full name, age group, and usta #. If we receive all of this information then we will be able to put you in the draw. If you are playing doubles please list your opponents name and usta#. If you do not list their usta #, unfortunately we will not be able to put you in the doubles draw. Please bring a ck payable to the HGA or exact change for your entry fee of $45 for singles or $45 for singles and doubles. The entry fee for playing singles and doubles is the same as just playing singles. Your name will most likely not show up on the applicants or competitors list until tuesday the 21st after 10p when we most likely will post the draws. We will try to update the competitors list on Monday the 21st after 10p. If you notice that your name is not on the updated list at this time then please email us again with your information. Make sure to check for your start time by clicking draws. Remember to check online. Start times will not be given out over the phone. Be sure to check the draws daily as they may change. Also, please read the entire notes section. Most likely all matches will be played at the Lafayette Tennis Club -LTC- If you email your entry then you are liable for your entry fee even if you withdraw afterwards. We have many players entered by email already. We expect large draws for this funfilled one weekend tournament. Our prediction is over 100 players!
