All entrants receive a Tournament shirt and are invited to a free players' dinner Saturday Night at 6pm. Match times are subject to change. Please continue to check web site prior to coming to your match.

FORMAT

All matches will be best of three sets, regular scoring, with a 10 point tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set. Tournament of the Year division 3.0 will have a mandatory playoff for 3rd and 4th place. Minimum draw size will be 3 - NTRP Draws of less than 3 will be canceled.

WITHDRAWALS

If a player must withdraw from the tournament before the entry deadline, it can be done online at the entry website. Select "Edit Registration" on the left and follow directions on the ensuing page. If a player must withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline, contact the Tournament Director at (530) 300-4036, and/or email jason2135@sbcglobal.net

MEALS

Snacks will be provided at the Tournament Desk. Also there is a full service Grill/Deli/Snack Bar at the club where one can order lunch etc.

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be given after the registration deadline closes UNLESS the Tournament gets Cancelled or there are not enough players in your division.

DOUBLES

Entries must be submitted with a partner. However, just listing your partner's name does not constitute entering unless you also pay your partner's entry fee.
