- Open to all USTA members and non-members
- Captain of each team is responsible for registering his/her team

TEAM COMPOSITION
- Teams can be any combination of men/women - Each team is divided into doubles A, B, C, D
- Each team has one captain. Captains are responsible for naming and registering their team, determining the doubles pairs and any subbing during matches

FORMAT
- Each division is played separately throughout the day. Start times for each division will be posted online before event
- 30-minute warm-up for all teams before competition starts
- Each team plays 3 matches against other 3 teams in their division (round robin). For example, doubles A from team 1 (1A) will play 2A, 3A and 4A. The B’s would be paired up with B’s from other 3 teams, C’s with C’s and D’s with D’s
- Each match is no-ad scoring
- Teams will be encouraged to sit along side the court to support their peers and captains will be “busy” finding the ideal lineup and subbing players, making this an exciting event for all!

DIVISIONS
- Doubles: 3.0 , 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Only 4 teams can be accepted per division

BENEFITS
- We will have plenty of food, beverages, raffles, gifts, trophies/medals and prizes for all players, especially for the winning team in each division!
- The greatest benefit of all: helping effective environmental organizations conserve more land, water, animals and plants in our backyard!

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 23, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time.
