Attention Natomas NTRP Parcticipants: An error has occurred with the dates for the Natomas NTRP tournament. I'm writing you to let you know that the dates have been changed from March 20-22 to March 27-29 . Upon the time of the sanction application, the dates submitted for this event were not correct. This is an easy problem to fix, but I and the USTA NorCal Sanction Committee did not notice it. We take full responsibility; this is not the fault of Natomas Racquet Club or Brian Martinez. Generally, we would have been able to let this go, unfortunately the tournament would have conflicted with a longstanding NTRP just a few miles away at Auburn. The weekend it has been moved to conflicts with tournaments in Santa Clara and Carmel which are not a concern and are the same tournaments Natomas has competed with in the past. Therefore, if you can continue and play the weekend of March 27-29, please do. Natomas runs a great show. This also makes playing both Auburn and Natomas a possibility. If you cannot, please withdraw by going to the tournament website at… http://tennislink.usta.com/tournaments/TournamentHome/Tournament.aspx?T=80168 Go to edit registration and withdraw. USTA cannot transfer your entry to another tournament and we cannot withdraw you from the tournament, you must do this yourself. If you are left in the tournament after entries close, USTA and Natomas are not responsible for refunds related to the date issue. Because the Tennis Link fee is non-refundable, if you choose to withdraw, please email me proof of your withdrawal and we will send you a check for the Tennis Link registration fee. For those of you who complete online tournament evaluations, we remind you again, this change is not the fault of Natomas. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
