Medical REleases must be signed and given to the registration desk when checking in for your first match. Also, those who registered late MUST have payment in hand also. If you would like to have this ready ahead of time then go to www.southerntennis.com and print this form.

BOYS 14's - NOTICE DRAW CHANGES
A player has been added to complete the draw for Boy's 14's. Nothing was affected except the #1 seed now has a match at 4:00 pm on Friday, All players affected are being contacted as we speak.

The tournaments main site will be Whitehaven(Eldon Roark) Tennis Center. WellWorx Indoor Courts, as well as, Leftwich Tennis Center (Friday Only) will be used for some matches.

Consolation
PLease note that the consolation as stated on the website is First Match Losers Consolation. FMLC means if you lose your first match you go into the backdraw. If you win your first match then lose the second or third, etc then your out of tournament draw. CONSOLATION MATCHES MAY BE HELD ON HARD COURTS OUTSIDE.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, January 31, 2009 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
