TOURNAMENT ENTRY
All entries must be completed using the USTA/TennisLink Online Registration system.

FORMAT & SCORING
The format is FMLC (First Match Loser Consolation). Main draw and Consolation will play the best of three sets playing a 10 point tie-break in lieu of the third set.

PLAY MAY BEGIN ON FRIDAY depending on draw sizes and level of participation. After registering for this tournament, please e-mail the Tournament Director, usptapro@live.com, with any time restrictions for Friday.ONCE DRAWS ARE POSTED THEY WILL NOT BE CHANGED.

Legacy Lakes is a new facility and is not on Mapquest or other similar searches for driving directions at this time. Legacy Lakes is off of highway 15-501 in Aberdeen, NC. When searching for directions, use the following address:

Legacy Lakes Tennis entrance is 500 yards north of the golf course entrance. The tennis courts are next to the road and the tennis clubhouse is a large white building that can also be seen from the road. Please call for directions if needed.

Player's Responsibility
It is the player's responsibility to know their next match time and check in at the Tournament Desk at least 30 minutes before their match time. All USTA Rules will be enforced for lateness. Check the tournament webpage for updated match times.

Withdrawls
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on "Edit Registration", then "Withdraw". You will need your original confirmation number. All withdrawls after entries close must both be sent in writing by e-mail to: usptapro@live.com and by phone to the tournament site (910) 944-2641. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be refunded the entry fee.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, May 22, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
