There is construction going on in front of the Racquet Club. There will always be an entrance open to the parking lot, but it may be at the far end of the building. Just drive along Little Kate and look for the opening into our parking lot.

Draw postings
The draws have now posted. I was able to accomodate everyone who gave me their conflict ahead of time. At this point, if you have a conflict - change it. Please do not call your opponent to change times of play - this puts them in an awkward position. If you have a DIRE situation...send me an e-mail to llambert@parkcity.org. Otherwise, see you at your scheduled time. Remember, weekend daytime matches may be outside if the weather is nice...

Scheduling Information
Weekday matches on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday will begin at 5:30pm. Not all players will be playing each of the weeknights. If you have a schedule conflict for any of these days, please let Laurie know in advance by sending an e-mail to: llambert@parkcity.org. Do NOT leave a voice message with your conflict.
The tournament is scheduled to be over by end of day Sunday. Monday play is reserved only as an overflow day.

Match Format
This tournament is a "First Match Losers Consolation" - meaning if you lose your first match you will go into the consolation draw. This guarantees all players at least 2 matches.
Main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets. Consolation matches will also be 2 out of 3 sets. Scoring format (regular or no-ad) will be determined after draw sizes have been reviewed.

Singles Only
This is a singles only tournament.

Outdoor and Indoor Play
Park City's weather in October is questionable... If weather is nice, we may play some matches outdoors. If weather is inclement, all matches will be scheduled indoors. All 5:30pm weekday matches (and later) will be scheduled indoors.
|
Phone messages:
While the tournament is running, please do NOT call the 615-5428 number for information or to speak to the tournament director. Call the front desk at 435-615-5401. The front desk will not give out match times - please ask to speak to the tournament director. The match time will be posted online and these times are solid. Since we are playing indoors mostly, there should be no delays.
