Draws & Match Times
I have done my best to work around player's avoidances. If you gave me an avoidance and I missed it - please let me know. If you didn't give me any avoidance, but now have a conflict with your match time - change your conflict! Many players are competing in several divisions. As the tournament progresses, there may be 2 matches scheduled at the same time. If this happens, the tournament director will work with you to adjust your match times. All players need to remember that only the tournament director has the right to change match times. DO NOT call your opponents to change match times!

Matches may be played Indoors or Outdoors
Please be prepared to play indoors or outdoors. We will be using all of our courts.
|
Mixed 8.5 Division & Women's Open Singles
These 2 draws are round robins - all players are guaranteed 2 matches. Please be sure to look at all 3 rounds of the draw to see when you play.
|
Men's 5.0 Singles
Has been moved up to the Open Division. Please check the Men's Open Singles draw.
|
Water on Court
The Racquet Club does have water coolers on the courts, but no containers. Please bring your own water bottle. Thanks!
|
Seeding
In some draws, the computer did not have enough information to seed as many players as would have been allowable for the draw size. In these cases, there may be only 1 or 2 seeds instead of 3 or 4.

Directions to Club
Travelling form Salt Lake City - take I-80 East to the Kimball Junction/Park City exit. At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Hiway 224. Stay on this for approximately 5 miles until you pass a big white barn on your right. At the 2nd light after the barn, turn left onto Holiday Ranch Loop Drive. Follow this to a stop sign and turn right onto Little Kate Rd. The club is up a short distance on your left. The front desk phone is 435-615-5401. Do not call my direct line during the tournament - I won't be near the phone. Address is 1200 Lilttle Kate Drive.

Player Party
There will be a Player Party upstairs at Coach's on Saturday at 5:00. Appetizers and soft drinks will be served to players and families.
|
Hotel:
Please ignore the information below that states that the Marriott is the official hotel. We do not have any hotel deals set up for this tournament, but I would recommend calling the PEAKS Hotel at 435-649-5000. They are the closest hotel to the club and a nice place to stay.
