TOURNAMENT HOTEL
The Sheraton Ontario Airport is the tournament hotel. (429 N. Vineyard Avenue Ontario CA 91764 909 937-7458 ask for Karla) They are offering a rate of $99.00 per room plus taxes. This rate includes a full buffet breakfast. The hotel is just over 10 minutes from the Claremont Club and 5 minutes from Ontario Airport. There is shuttle service available between the hotel to the airport. Shuttle service can also be arranged between the hotel and the Claremont Club.

STARTING DATES WITH SMALL DRAWS
With the likely hood that most draws will be fairly small, we plan on scheduling as many of the matches as possible on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

DRAW FORMATS
Draw formats may vary depending upon the draw sizes and scheduling conflicts do players participating in more than one event. All players will be scheduled in a minimun of 2 matches be event. These may include but no t limited to consolation matches, round robin, and 3/4 play-offs.

SEEDING
The tournament seeds will be posted by Monday October 5, 2009. We will be using all pertinent information for seeding purposes. Seeding information given by the seeding chairs of the different divisions will be closely followed. Any additional information may be e-mailed to Barry at barry@claremontclub.com.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 28, 2009 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
