Attention Doubles players: If you have registered for doubles, we need you to identify your partner by noon, January 14th otherwise we will assign you a partner. If you would like to register for doubles and have not done so, again please let us know by noon, January 14th.

Please note because of the use of the 3 day/holiday weekend we did not have to limit the draw size of this tournament per 2009 pnw/usta rules. Due to the number of entrants the tournament dates are Friday, January 16th thru Monday, January 19th. Matches will not start before 4pm on Friday and the tournament will conclude on Monday, January 19th. Draws will be posted Monday, January 12th by 12pm. If you have a conflict you need to contact the Tournament Staff prior to this deadline.

Here is the scoring format for our tournament Main Draw Matches 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring with a match tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set Finals 2 of of 3 sets regular scoring and playing the 3rd set out. Consolation 2 out of 3 sets no add scoring with a match tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Doubles 8 game pro-set regular scoring with tiebreaker at 8-8.
