Check-in and Registration
FRIDAY::----------
You may check-in and submit your forms at the time and site of your first match. Make sure you check the site where your first match will be played, and plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled match time. Check the draw online frequently for any updates or changes throughout the tournament. You may get your tournament package and T-shirt by coming to the main site between 6-8pm ONFRIDAY AT MAIN SITE. ALTERNATES THAT GOT IN CAN CALL THE PRO-SHOP AND PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR AT CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY!!!

TOURNAMENT DAYS?
This has been a very common question. The days of the tournament are: SATURDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY. Finals and semifinals will be play on MONDAY.

Doubles Selection Criteria
Players Not selected for singles will not be selected for doubles.*
Players selected for doubles will be entered in this order.>
1) Players selected for singles in the same group
2) Players selected for singles in any group
3) Players not selected for singles *
4) Players applying for doubles only*
* Players not in singles, must contact the Tournament Director by EMAIL if you wish to play doubles.

Attention!!! 1) if you dont see your name on the doubles list and you apply for it, most likely your partner did not make it. You will have until 9am tomorrow to send me the name of your new partner.---
2) if you did not make it in singles and still want to play doubles e-mail me your name and if any spots are available we will consider.---------------

Doubles Sign-up
Doubles Draws are limited to 16 teams. Players are responsible for finding partners.

Doubles Seeding Criteria
Teams shall be seeded in the order of their combined standings (e.g., Player A holds the #1 standing and Player B holds the #10 standing. The Team of A & B would have combined standing of 11.) Teams that have the same combined standing shall be seeded in the order of the total number of Ranking points held by each team.

Medical Release form. (Tennis Parent Form)
All players must have these two forms completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian. Parents please do not send your child without this form SIGNED and Completed. Print it now and save time and frustration later. Medical Release Form MUST be turned in BEFORE they go on the court for their first match. Selection Process
Top 32 players applying from the USTA/Southern latest standing list. 28 players from this age group will be selected and up to 4 players from the lower age group who are eligible for the younger age group, who have a standing in the top 40 of the younger age group, and are not selected in the 28, will be selected. Selections will be posted no later than Sunday after the deadline. The names of the selected players will appear as COMPETITORS. Alternates are listed in the TOURNAMENT REPORTS SECTION. DO NOT REFER TO THE ALTERNATES ON THE FAR LEFT SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE.

Seedings
We will use the latest STA Rankings list and any other available information to select the seeds for this tournament.

Signing up for 2 age divisions
Players are allowed to enter 2 divisions following these guidelines:
1) Players selected to both age groups they apply for will automatically be selected in the older age division and removed from the younger age division.
2) Players not selected in either division would remain on the alternates list for both age groups but will be obligated to play the division they first get in from the alternate list. They would be removed from the Alternates list in the other division.
3) Players selected to one age group will be removed from the alternates list of the division they were not selected.
4) Once a player is selected for any age division no changes can be made.

On-site alternates
Any withdrawal made after 8 p.m. Friday evening will be awarded to on-site alternates. You must be on-site at the time that the withdrawn defaulted/player was to play. You must make yourself known to the site desk and the site referee prior to the time of your match. At that time you must pay your entry fee of $53.00

WITHDRAWALS
All withdrawals must in the form of an email sent to david@rrctennis.com. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Withdrawals from this point forward (SEPT 6TH ) will not receive a refund for any reason.

RAIN POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, all players should report to their scheduled match site and wait for further instructions from the site referee. Please check the tournament home page for updates or call the tournament inclement weather information line at 919-876-0565 ext 150. Weather updates will be posted online frequently. We may elect to use alternative scoring once play is resumed. That scoring will be used to complete the round. Thank you, in advance, for your patience and cooperation during weather delays.

Pro-shop/ Stringers
We will have a stringer available for the duration of the tournament. The stringer will be located in the Pro Shop of the Raleigh Racquet Club.

Take I-40 W toward Burlington/ Durham. Take the Raleigh/ Chapel Hill Expressway exit #289 toward Raleigh North/Raleigh East. Take exit I-540 North. Stay on I-540 for about 20 minutes. Take exit Falls of Neuse. Turn right onto Falls of Neuse. You will pass the stoplight at Spring Forest Rd. keep going straight. After the intersection with Spring Forest Rd., there will be a church on your right. The entrance to the RRC is shortly after on your left

Coming from South/east (I-95/Fayetteville/Benson)
Take I-40 W. Merge onto I-440 E via exit #301. Take the Wake Forest Rd. exit #10. Turn right onto Wake Forest Rd, which becomes Falls of Neuse Rd. Follow the road for about 5 minutes. RRC will be on your right. If you drive up to Spring Forest Rd. you drove too far

From South/west (Southern Pines/Fuquay)
Take US-1 North untilit turns into I-440, Continue on I-440 (inner beltline) towards exit 10 Wake Forest RD.Turn Left at Wake forest Rd,Wake forest Rd. Will turn into Falls of Neuse. Pass the Millbrook Rd intersection and the club will be about .4 of a mile on the right side.

Turn right out of RRC onto Falls of Neuse Rd heading north.
Turn Left on Ravenscroft Dr.Keep Driving towards football field.
Park around football Stadium. Courts are next to the football stadium.
