Wildcard Tournament
There will be a Wildcard Tournament for the the B14 Columbus Indoor and B12 Columbus Indoor. The Wildcard Tournament for the B12 is on May 8th and for the B14 is on April 10th. Please check the usta website to apply and for tournament information.

Tournaments
This tournament is a Level 3 nationally and a Level 3 midwest. Each draw is 32 with a full feed in consolation. Two out of three sets will be played with a Super-10 fir the third set. You could play up to three matches if in the backdraw

Draws and Postings
The tournament committee will be going off the most current national Standings list for seeding and acceptance. Acceptance lists will be posted on April 24th. The draws will be updated for the withdraws so please keep checking the wesite for the most current draw. We will follow the USTA guidelines in regards to a seed withdrawing from the tournament. Alternates will be contacted if there is a withdraw from the tournament after the draw has been made.

Refunds
Once the selections have been made and posted on the website, there will be no refunds given for withdraws.

Embassy Suites is recommended. You can visit wickertree.com for phone and reservation information. YOU MUST ASK FOR THE WICKERTREE CORPORATE ACCOUNT TOURNAMENT RATE!! The hotel is 5 minutes from the club.

Rules and Officials
Ther will be a USTA official on site for the entire tournament and the code of conduct will be enforced. Players and parents will be asked to sign a USTA form explaining the Code of Conduct.

Warm up courts
Warm up courts are available on Friday- all day, Saturday- from 6-8am, Sunday- from 6-8am. The cost is regualr court time. On Saturday and Sunday you may reserve the court in half hour blocks.

Trophies
Trophies will be given out to the Champion, Finalist, Backdraw Champion, and 3rd Place.

Alternates
All the players listed below the alternates that are numbered are listed alphabetical order. They are not listed by their ranking.

Match Times
All of the Boys 12s first round match times will be played Saturday, May 16th at either 11am or 12:30pm. The Boys 14s first round match times will be played Saturday, May 16th at either 8am or 9:30am. The draw times will be posted closer to the actual tournament date. The tournament will end on Monday with the finals, 3rd/4th place, backdraw semis and finals.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 16, 2009 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
