FIRST MATCH TIMES
First match times will be posted on the internet by 12:00pm on Thursday, April 16, 2009. Match times can be found by clicking on the Future Match Info Report link above.

MATCH TIMES
Matches can begin as early as 4pm on Friday (although most matches will not start until 6pm or later). Every effort will be made to schedule out-of-town players to later start times. We cannot accept individual scheduling requests. Players should be prepared to play at least one match on Friday, and anytime on Saturday and Sunday.

DRAW SIZES
The tournament committee reserves the right to limit the draws to a maximum of 16 or 8 per event if needed to accommodate scheduling. Players will be accepted into the draw according the USTA rules as outlined in the Friend-at-Court. Players not accepted into the draw will be considered as alternates. Players not accepted into the draw will receive a refund of their entry fees with approx. 10 days.

MATCH SCORING
All matches will be 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10-point match tie break in-lieu-of the third set.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, April 13, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
