All events with fewer than 3 players/teams will be issued a refund.

DEADLINE EXTENDED:

The deadline for this tournament has been extended, but you will need to call or come by the Oak Hollow Tennis Center to register (336-883-3493), by check or credit card payment. Draws with fewer than 8 players/teams will begin on Saturday, July 18th.

REGISTRATION:

Players may sign up for 1 singles, 1 doubles and 1 mixed doubles. Telephone entries (336-883-3493) will be accepted with a credit card payment.

PLAYING TIMES:

Matches will begin on Friday, July 17 @ 5:30pm. Saturday and Sunday matches will begin @ 9:00 am. Starting times and draws will be available on line @ noon on Wednesday, July 15.

SCORING:

All matches will consist of two regular tiebreak sets and in lieu of a third set, the Match Tiebreak will be used.

AWARDS:

Awards will be given to winners, finalists and consolation winners of each division.

COURT SURFACE:

All matches will be played on the eight har-tru courts at the Oak Hollow Tennis Center. In the event of inclement weather, the matches may be moved to the indoor (deco turf) courts. more info

There will be no refunds after Sunday, July 12th.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, July 10, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
