The Marriott Courtyard Raleigh North is the Tournament Host Hotel. Use the link to make online reservation or call them directly at 919.821.3400. They will give you the best rates! Please note that the populated field will be for King Rooms only. If you wish to reserve a room with two queen beds, please enter NHCNHCB in the group code field. If you wish to reserve a suite with two double beds, please enter NHCNHCD. After this, all you need to do is enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process. Directions: North Hills Club
919-781-0468 Located in North Raleigh. From airport take 540 to Six Forks Rd South. Go about 5-6 miles then take a right onto Northbrook. Then take a right onto Yadkin, the club will be at the top of the hill on the right. From 440, take Six Forks Rd North about 1 mile, take left onto Northbrook then a right onto Yadkin. The club will on your right at the top of the hill.

Lions Park (LP)
(1800 Watkins Street Raleigh 27604)From 440, take Capital Blvd Exit. Merge right onto Capital Blvd. (401 South) towards downtown.Take a left onto Fenton St. Then turn right onto Watkins St. (From NHC) Turn left onto Northbrook and then a right onto Six Forks. Merge left onto 440 E/US 1 N. Then follow the above directions from 440.

Optimist Park (OPT)
Sanderson High School (5500 Dixon Dr. Raleigh, 27609) North Raleigh: From 440 take Six Forks Exit. Go 2 miles and take a left on Millbrook heading towards Shelly Lake. After 3/4 mile take a right on Dixon Dr. (At flashing light). Then turn right into Sanderson High School and go to the end of the big parking lot located behind the school. Courts are located at the end of the parking lot.

Green Road (GR)
(4201 Green Rd. Raleigh, 27604) Located in North Raleigh. From 40. take 540 to Falls of the Neuse Rd. South(right) Go about 2-3 miles. Take left on Spring Forest Rd. Go about 3-4 miles take right on Green Road. Go past Green Rd. Park Sign and take a right on Brockton. Then take a right onto Hoyle and the courts will be on your right. From 440, take Old Wake Forest Rd. North, it will turn into Falls of the Neuse, take right on Spring Forest Rd., Go about 3-4 miles take right on Green Road. Go past Green Rd. Park Sign and take a right on Brockton. Then take a right onto Hoyle and the courts will be on your right.

Spring Forest (SF)
(4203 Spring Forest) Take a left onto Yadkin Rd. Take a left at the stop light onto Northbrook, go to the light and take a left onto Six Forks Rd.Take a right onto Spring Forest. Cross over Capital Blvd and the park will be on your left.

Saint Mary's (STM)
From NHC, take a left onto Yadkin Dr. Turn left on Currituck. Turn Right on Lassiter Mill Rd. Turn left onto Glenwood and then an immediate right onto St. Mary's Street. Go thru Wade Ave. and turn right on College Pl. The courts are on your left. FROM 440 to Hillsborough St. Go towards Meredith Collegeand NC State campus. Continue on Hillsborough St. until the road splits. Veer left and St. Mary's High School will be on your left. To get to the tennis courts take your next left onto St. Mary's St. Take a left onto College Pl. The courts are on your left. Pass the courts and take the next left, School Chapel Rd. to park.

Directions from North Hills Club. Take a left onto Yadkin Dr. Pass thru Northbrook Dr. Take right at next stop sign onto Currituck. Follow brown signs to North Hills Park.

Practice Courts: Cedar Hills Park
Take a left onto Yadkin Dr. Then take a left onto Northbrook go to stop light and take a left at the stop light onto Six Forks Road. Go about 1 mile and take a right onto Millbrook Rd. Go halfway down Falls of Neuse and take a left onto Sweetbriar Rd. Take Sweetbriar until it dead ends to park. 5600 Sweetbriar Ct.

Player Registration
Mandatory Player Registration Friday, April 10th from 4:30-7:30pm. Practice courts will be available at North Hills Club Friday during player check in. If you can not check in Friday you MUST check in an hour before your first match time at North Hills Club. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Format and Scoring
Draws will be 32 players with a Full Feed In through the Quarters and 3/4 playoff. Main Draw will play the best two out of three tie-break sets. Feed-in will be the best three sets playing a 10 point match tie break in lieu of third set. In the event of inclement weather, match format is subject to change.

LUNCH SATURDAY
We will have a Player/Parent Cook-Out Saturday, April 11th from 11:00-2:00. Please pick up food tickets from the Tournament Desk on Saturday after 10am. The Cook-Out is FREE for all players and parents.

Court Surfaces
All Boy's and Girls 10's and 12's will play on clay courts. All Boy's and Girl's 14-18's will play on hard courts.

Attention all Girl's 18's players
The winner of the Girls 18's will receive a wildcard into qualifying for our USTA Women's $50,000 Pro Circuit/ RBC Bank Women's Challenger Event. The tournament is held from May 11-17th. Qualifying will begin on Sunday May 11th. There are two requirements to be able to acccept the wildcard. First, you must be 14 years of age by the start of the Pro Circuit Event. Second, you are required to have an ITF IPIN and register for the online service in order to play. Once you receive an IPIN you must register for the online service by paying a mandatory $45.00 registration fee (This fee is paid once a year).

Selection Process
Top 32 players applying from the USTA/Southern latest StANDINGS LIST. 28 players from this age group will be selected and up to 4 players from the younger age group who are eligible for the younger age group, who have a standing in the top 40 of the younger age group, and are not selected in the 28, will be selected. Selections will be posted no later that Sunday after the deadline.

SEEDING
Seedings should be done using only the results from most recent published USTA Southern Combined Standings Lists of the divisions in the order in which players appear on the list. Other criteria we consider: Players who have a standing in the next younger age division may be seeded in any group of seeds if they are in the top 10 of the most recent pblished USTA Southern Combined Standings Lists of any younger age division. Players with current top 50 USTA National standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 1000 ATP or WTA rankings should be condidered for seeding.

Switching Age Groups
Once you have been seleceted into the tournament, you can NOT switch age groups even if there are openings.

Official Ball: Prince
The Prince Tour Ball will be the official ball for the tournament.

Signing up for two divisions
Players are allowed to enter two divisions with these guidelines:#1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected in the older age division. They would be removed from the other age division. #2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the alternates lists for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in from the alternates list. They would be removed from the Alternates list in the other division. #3. Players selected to one age group would be removed from the alternates list of the division they were not selected. #4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made.

Weather Update
We will be on a 3 hour delay this morning. All 8:30 matches should report to their sites at 11:30. Please arrive early if possible as some sites will open up before others. If you haven't checked in please do so this morning. Thank you for your patience.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
