Reminder for Your Match "check-in"
A reminder for players: To arrive at your match site 30 minutes before your scheduled match time. Then, be completely ready to play when you "check-in" at the site desk 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. By checking in you are saying that you are ready to go on the court to play. Please do not leave the general area of the desk so the site director can find you quickly when your court is called. IF your court is called and you are not there, the site referee could start the penalty clock. These reminders help the tournament run smoothly, first for you, the players, and for everyone else involved. THANK YOU!
|
