Match Format
The Compass Challenge will use the best 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring to determine the match winner. A match tie break will be used in lieu of a third set. If the players split the first two sets, the match tie break will be used to determine the winner of the match. The match tie break is the same as a set tie break, except for it will be the first player to win 10 points, by a margin of 2 points or more.

Tournament Info
This is a 16 player compass draw tournament, with a boys division of 16 and a girls division of 16. If more than 16 players register for a particular division, the highest ranked 16, will be selected to play in the tournament. Example - if 24 boys sign up for their division, the highest ranked 16 will be selected to play. The 8 that did not get selected would not be charged via their credit cards. If less than 16 sign up, everyone that registered would be given a place in the tournament. If the draw is small, an alternative method, such as a round robin, might be used to ensure that everyone gets a chance to compete in four matches. It is not guaranteed, but we will try dilligently to accomplish this.
