Dealing with Weather Issues
We look forward to a smooth weekend but as it has rained almost daily in DFW during this month, I want to take this opportunity to issue our plans if weather becomes an issue. We have a consolidation process that will begin as soon as we feel weather may be an issue. If you are on-site you will be told about this process, however, if you are waiting for your match...ALL updates will be posted HERE so please pay close attention as the weekend approaches--------With this said, please check with the site director about possibly playing matches earlier than scheduled if possible after the conclusion of each match as we want everyone to play as many matches as possible. No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 11, 2009 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
