Draws are posted.If you are not planning on playing in the consolation and you are scheduled to play please call the tennis facility and let us know you are not planning on playing.

Draws
Draws are posted. Please check back often to see if any changes have been made. I will contact anyone if the draw should change after 4:00 p.m. on SUNDAY.

Format
All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring. If you split you will play out the third set. All consolation matches will be 8 game pro sets. Some consolation matches will be played on hard courts. In the event of rain matches will be played indoors.

Stringing
Stringing will be available at the Farmington pro shop
|
|
Weather
Please arrive to the facility already HYDRATED meaning that you need to start drinking water a few days before the tournament to be prepared for the heat on these days. It is especially important for players who will be playing more than one match per day.

Hotels
There are many hotels in the Charlottesville area. We are located 5 minutes from the university campus.

Entries
Players may only enter one singles draw.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 27, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
