Match Times are posted Double Check you Doubles! It might be changed. At least you play singles first on Saturday. Doubles has been a nightmare. Wrong partners, missed messages, withdrawals, and computer mess-ups have made for a long day. Times are in the Reports above. Matches scheduled for Rome Tennis Center will have "RF" next to the time. Matches at satellite site will be identified by either one, two or three periods or dashes following the time. Draws identifying the match site will be posted at Rome Tennis Center at 9:00 a.m. Friday. The reason for the mystery is that players must check in and sign the release form at Rome Tenns Center prior to playing their first match.Check-in Procedures
Players who come to the Courtesy Tournament Check-in or Friday will report directly to their site on Saturday for match check in. If you don't check in on Friday evening, players who are scheduled for a site other than Rome need to check in at least 45 minutes before the match time to have sufficient travel time to the site..

A Note About Seeding Because of the nature of this event, GA only with some players playing out of age group, we were instructed to seed using "all factors". This includes State Rankings, Sectional Ranking, player record, and head to head results. Additionally, in most cases we seeded in a 1 to 3 ratio, which is a lot of seeds! When you get that far down the rankings, the rankings (both GTA and STA) aren't always accurate, so we rely more on player record. It would be a lot easier to pick one ranking list and use it, but which list would you choose? (If I were picking one, it would be the one in which I am ranked the highest.) Good luck this week!

5-Minute Scheduling will be used. Last year we used 5-Minute scheduling and it was very successful. Scheduling every 5 minutes will mean that very few matches will be scheduled as part of a group, except for the large group of matches that will start each day. Check your match time carefully so that you won’t be late.
