Coaches Note:
If you are a coach and you are looking for a competitive tournament for your players to play in over the holiday this is a great tournament to play in! The field is very competitive, we have numerous highly ranked players in both the men's and women's field. This tournament is a great opportunity for your players to get singles and doubles practice in prepartion of the upcoming season. If you have any questions call Michael at 901-765-4414.

Check-In:
Check in is at the galleria on December 26th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. The draws will be posted at 4:00 p.m. Only the singles draw will be posted, the doubles draw will be posted the following day.

Since this is an Open tournament there are many players of a variety of levels making it hard to do the seeding accurately. If you are interested in being seeded in this tournament please email all of your up to date ranking information. (i.e. ATP rank, WTA rank, College Rank, USTA rank) the email address is

No Women's Wildcard
There will be no Women's wildcard into the tournament this year due to the smaller size of the women's qualifying draw at this year's pro tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, December 16, 2009 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
