It's raining hard, all round of 64 consolation matches are on delay, please show up at 3pm, no matches will be played before that

All round of 64 consolation matches are scheduled to be played outdoors, if it is raining we will not cancel the backdraw but may have to move it to much later in the day or sunday, please keep checking web site for updates

If you did not get in the draw that means you were not one of the first 64 people to enter. You will be fully reimbursed for your entry fee and a check will be mailed to you. Thank you for signing up, we have another event in early december.

Matches will start at 10am Friday morning, please e-mail tournament director if you need a later start time, we will do our best to help you but can't promise anything

Draw will be cut off at the first 64 players to enter, everyone after that will be put on the wait list.....if you do not get into the tournament you will be given a refund of your entry fee

There are 4 separate backdraws: the round of 64 backdraw, the round of 32 backdraw, round of 16 backdraw, and quarterfinal backdraw.....there is also a 3rd place match.....IMPORTANT, mnay backdraw matches will be played outdoors, in case of inclement weather backdraws may be cancelled

All matches will be played at the Boarshead Sports Club more info

Amateurs may fill out an amateur reimbursement form and receive money for their expenses as permitted by NCAA rules. Reimbursement forms will be available at the tournament desk and through the attached link. A per diem will be determined after the tournament is complete and reimbursements will be sent in the mail. more info

Entry Fee includes singles, doubles, and backdraws

$1,200 - Winner $700 - Finalist $400 - Third Place $250 - Fourth Place $175 - Quarterfinal Playoff Winner $150 - Round of 16 Playoff Winner $125 - Backdraw Winner $500 - Doubles Winners (team) $250 - Doubles Finalist (team)

Draw and times will be posted on Thursday afternoon, please do not call for start times, check the web site....if you have a special request for a start time please send an e-mail and we will try to make it happen, no promises though

Round of 64 and round of 32 singles will be played, one round of doubles may also be played

This is an indoor tournament and all main draw matches and doubles will be played indoors.....some back draw matches may be moved outdoors.

There will be a doubles sign-in at the tournament desk, sign-in will close at 5:30pm and draw will be available by 6pm, matches will start at 6:30pm
