The deadline is closed. No late entries will be accepted. Please
do not call for your start time. You may find your start time and
site on-line. make sure to directly check into your site. Lateness
penalties will be strictly enforced. Come play a tournament at the
Lafayette Tennis Club. We are a private club with brand new US Open
Blue courts and a remodeled clubhouse with a players lounge. Match
format for singles is best of three sets with a match tiebreak in
lieu of a third set. Doubles will be 8 game pro sets. We will
playoff for third and fourth palace in all divisions. Please sign
up for doubles with a partner before the deadline. Please check in
directly to the Lafayette Tennis Club or the Northgate High School.
Please check in 30 minutes prior to the start of your match.
Practice courts are at Acalanes High School. Directions to Acalanes
will be posted at the tournament desk. Snacks will be provided
daily but no lunch food can be purchased at the club. A player
party will be held on the first Sunday of the tournament. If it is
raining Friday afternoon/evening before the tournament, we may
start a rain delay on-line after 8pm. At 5:30 am everday of the
tournament, we will update our rain hotline 925 937-2582 and
on-line which is your best way to check on a possible delay. Please
only use the rain hotline in case of an emergency or if you are en
route to a tournament site. We will never cancel a day before noon!
If you are withdrawing from the tournament please email the
Tournament Director at hunterhg@comcast.net. Make sure to list your
full name, division, age group and reason for withdrawing. Good
