DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Note: Most of the directions on the Internet have NOT been updated
since the Mission Blvd - Hwy 880 interchange was completed. Please
use these directions:
From highway 880, exit at Warren Blvd and go west (towards the
Bay). The club is just past the Hyatt Place Hotel on the right side
of Warren, at the corner of Landing Pkwy. From highway 680, take
the southern Mission Blvd exit and go west (toward the Bay). At
Warm Springs Blvd, turn left (south) and go one block to the
stoplight at Warren Ave. Turn right, cross the railroad tracks (at
which there is sometimes a long delay for a train), and cross over
highway 880, where you'll see the Hyatt Place Hotel, with ClubSport
just past it.

ENTRY INFORMATION:
Until we actually make all the draws, we cannot tell how the
schedule of matches will shake out. In other words, we cannot tell
if a flight will only be played on one weekend. So when entering,
you should plan on being available to play both weekends.
If you just have a few hours on one day during which you cannot
play, we can often work around your time constraint. In that case,
send an email to lparker@clubsports.com, listing the starting and
ending times that you are not able to be at the club, and the
reason for the time constraint. If it does not work out and we
cannot put you into the draw, we will either not charge your credit
card or refund (by check) your entry fee a few weeks after the
tournament is finished.
Players may enter at most 1 event. Draws must have a minimum of 3
entries.
When signing up for doubles, both partners must submit an entry
online.
Draws may be limited (to 24 or 32 depending on the total number of
entrants). According to USTA NorCal regulations, entry is NOT on a
FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED basis. If needed, teams/players will
randomly be pulled out of the largest draws and placed on the
alternate list. If they do not get to play, their entry fee will
either not be charged to their credit card or refunded by check a
few weeks after the tournament is completed.
If a player must withdraw from the tournament before the entry
deadline, it can be done online at the entry website. If a player
must withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline, contact
the Tournament Director at 510-226-8500 ext.516 AND at
lparker@clubsports.com.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, November 18, 2009 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
