Pacific Northwest Challenger Sectional Tournament

All refunds will be processed and mailed the week of January 11th through the 17th. Thanks you again for your patience.

Here is the update for refunds regarding this tournament. We just confirmed with the USTA/PNW office today (1/5/09) that they will be giving ranking points to any players that played matches in the tournament. Those players will therefore receive a refund for the doubles portion of their entry fee ($15). All players that did not have the opportunity to play matches will receive a full refund ($40). We apologize with the delay in getting this information out to everyone and appreciate everyones patience in regards to this matter. If you have further questions regarding refunds please contact Brian Leahy or Jim Rankin for further clarification.

As of 1:45pm December 20th: Tualatin Hills Tennis center has been closed due to snow conditions. So all matches are canceled for today. Matches are being rescheduled to begin Sunday. All Doubles draws have been canceled. Please keep checking the website for the most current updates

As of 4:50 pm, December 19, 2008 Girls 18 Singles event has been cancelled due to lack of entrants.

As of 3:27pm December 19th: All Friday matches will be played as scheduled. Be aware if Saturday's weather worsens we will go to a reduced scoring format.( Matches will be 8 game regular scoring Pro Set) If necessary this determination will be made on Saturday.

As of 2 pm, December 19,2008 Girls 10 Singles event has been cancelled due to not enough entrants. Boys 18 Doubles roundrobin draw has updated due to withdrawl of one team.

Please be aware the Boys 12, 14 and Girls 14 doubles draws have changed. Please check the draws for new times. These draws were changed due to a new standing list being used and the use of doubles rankings for seeding purposes.

As of 12pm December 18th the tournament is currently scheduled to be played please keep checking the website for more information

Doubles draws are complete as of 1pm on Wednesday December 17th. Times will be posted on Friday December 19th 12pm. Doubles draws are scheduled to begin Saturday afternoon. We are holding off on times untill we have a better idea of the weather conditions. Any questions please email jrankin@thprd.com.

This event has not been posted yet. We are waiting to see if we can get a couple more players so that we don't have to cancel this event.

Pleae note that Matches are set to begin Friday December19th at 5pm with Finals scheduled for Monday December 22nd in the morning.
