This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA and Canadian Residents of BC. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

All players must submit signed medical release form prior to play. Download a form here. Fax signed form to 770-591-3174 by May 5.

Player Selection Type
8 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 56 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
