Waiver of Release
Players of the tournament must sign and have their parents or legal guardians sign the waiver of release prior to playing their first match. Waivers have been emailed to all participants that supplied an email address during registration. You can also download one by clicking on the "more info" following this message.

Scoring Format
All matches played up to the finals will be best of 2 sets with a match tiebreak (first to 10 points) in lieu of a third set. All final matches (excluding the 8 year old division) will be best 2 out of 3 sets.

Player Time Conflicts
We do not accept time problems or scheduling requests. Largest draws typically are scheduled first. Until entries close and we do the draws, we have no idea of times and days each event will be scheduled. If you plan on playing players must keep both weekends open for the tournament and play according to our scheduling. Sites used for tournament may include DHTC, LNRC & Nellie Gail. Please see information above for maps.

Registration - Online Only
Players need to register online, we do not accept faxed, mail in or entries dropped off at the club. Online registration helps auto check player eligibility and correct age bracket. All players need to know or review satellite regulations and eligiblity prior to entry (see info below and on the SCTA website). Please note at time of registration we need your phone number and email address to communicate with you. Please make sure that you provide this during the registration process.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 20, 2009 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
