The above players are the travelling team representing Nebraska in May for the Missouri Valley team event. The next 8 players will be alternates and hopefully representing a team at the team event: in order of finish: Courtney Reefe,Bianca Lowe, Barbara Mullen, Mary Kate Mulhall, Julia Tatten, Tatem Miller, Tyranny Miller, Holly Cope.

Brock Dillon The above players are the travelling team representing Nebraska in May for the Missouri Valley team event. The next 10 players will be alternates in in order of finish, and hopefully representing an additional team: Hale Breit, Skylar Lowe, Caleb Shudak, Kyle Crowl, Jon Bass, Luke Prescott, Nicholas Tran, Mitchell Mallet-Hiatt, John Loughran, tie-Troy Hlavaty and Rohan Khazanchi, tie-Sam Hartman, Nash Holm, Powers Dicus

Traveling Team placement: Please remember, even if you do not make the traveling team, everyone has the opportunity as an alternate for a chance to go to the Oklahoma event. Girls placement: All of the gold group and the winner of the silver group make the traveling team, the girls 2nd and 3rd place of the silver group will both play the winner of the girls Bronze group. The overall winner of those matches will receive the final spot of the traveling team. Boys placement: All of the gold group and the top two finishers of the silver group make the traveling team, unless certain circumstances occur listed below. There is a possibility of a challenge for a traveling team spot for the 3rd place finisher in the Silver group, against the 4th place finisher of the gold if the gold player has not won a match over both weekends of play.

Format: Five minute warm-up. Most matches are the best of two sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker instead of a third set. Some matches not involving traveling team playoffs may be 8 game pro sets. There is a 2 minute break after split sets, with no coaching allowed. No new balls will be given for third sets. Matches may begin as early as fifteen minutes prior to scheduled time, so please check in at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled match time. If you have a tiebreaker, please ask for an official. There are 4 boys and 4 girls round robin groups. The 3 or 4 players in each group will play each member of their group. Due to some illness and other player absences

The results of these matches will determine who the top eight for boys and girls will be for the traveling team to Oklahoma City, Memorial Day Weekend, for the Missouri Valley 12 Team Championships. Qualifying players are expected to go to Oklahoma City, and if there is a problem should immediately notify Larry Newton at 402-3972587. Nebraska has won two and placed second twice in the last four 12 Team Championships. All players who qualify for the travel team are required to play in the Nebraska 12 Endorsement tournament in May, unless there are age eligible issues, to help establish the final rankings. Eight places for boys, and eight for girls, are eligible for Oklahoma City. NOTE: From past experience, those players (Boys & Girls) finishing within the top 12 to 16 have a good chance to go to the Oklahoma event as an alternate. Nebraska is usually notified 2-3 weeks prior. All players have an excellent opportunity to play. (However you may be representing a team other than Nebraska). All players in the tournament are eligible to participate in the team practices.
