It is 7:00 AM and the weather here in Palm Desert is clear and sunny. All matches will be played as scheduled.

*** Attention All Players and Parents ***

Please double check your match time and site location before leaving home to go to the tournament!! There may be some minor changes due to court availability or last minute withdrawal of players. The Tournament Director does not have all the phone numbers of the players registered in the tournament to get in touch with.

*** Tournament Format ***

All main draw singles events are two out of three sets,with a modified feed in consolation. All consolation singles events are an eight game pro set with a regular tie break at eight games all. All doubles events are two out of three sets, in lieu of the third set a super tie break will be played.

*** BBQ Dinner for all the Players and Parents on Saturday Dec.6th***

Please come and join us on Saturday Dec 6th, evening at 4:00 PM at the Palm Valley Country club for a complementry BBQ dinner. Following the dinner there will be a turkey shoot for prizes, and around the world contest for cash prizes.

This tournament has been classified a USTA Level 5 DOUBLES tournament for national ranking purposes. This tournament is part of the SCTA Desert Cities Grand Prix. First match consolation for all singles events. Tournament T-Shirt for each participant. Complimentary BBQ dinner for all players and parents on Saturday December 6th at 4:00 p.m., to be followed by a "Turkey Shoot" for prizes for all players. You may enter the tournament on USTA's "TennisLink" starting October 15th. Draws will be posted on www.scta.usta.com on December 3rd. No refunds after draw is made.
