ALTRERNATE LIST PROCESSING
We will be processing entrants from the list of alternates as openings occur in the various age groups. Alternates will be selected in accordance with their rank order in the Southern Section's Standing List. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we will notify alternates by email and/or phone. The notified alternate will have twelve hours to respond back to us. If no responsee is received we will then notify the next alternate. On Thursday and Friday the period to receive a response back will be shortened to four hours. After the four hour period on these two days, the next alternate will then be notified if no response is received from the previously notified person. This is necessary so that alternates can make travel plans. After 6:00 P.M. on Friday we will ONLY process entries from ON-SITE ALTERNATES.
