Please note the rules below pertain to ALL sanctioned North Carolina and Southern tournaments. 11.“A player shall not enter two tournaments at the same time. When entries close, a player shall not be entered in two or more sanctioned tournaments, if any part of the tournaments is scheduled to overlap unless each tournament committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing.” 12.“Player shall not enter a tournament intending to withdraw if the player’s entry is accepted in another tournament.” What if placed on an alternate list? There are two options: 1. Stay on the alternate lists in hope of getting into the tournament. 2. Withdraw from the alternate list so you can legally enter another tournament. Rule violations are from Friend at Court (reg.1N. 11 & 12). Five (5) suspension points are assessed for violation of the above rules.

OFRC or OFHC Directions from Greensboro I 40east and Raleigh/DurhamI 40west : Take I 40 Exit 140 to University Dr. From Raleigh make a right and Greensboro make a left off the ramp. Stay in the right lane untill the lane becomes right turn only. Turn right onto Westbrook Dr. then make an immediate left onto Forestview Dr. Turn right onto Oakview Dr. At the stop sign, make right onto Pinedale Dr and drive into OFRC.

From I 40 take exit 140 to University Dr. Go towards Elon. Stay in the left lane two lanes turn into single lane, go over the railroad tracks come to a stop sign, turn right onto Haggard Ave , Make a right onto Haggard Ave, stay on this rd till elon University, go thru the campus (1/2 Mile) and you will see the tennis courts on the right.

Withdrwals: I can only withdraw players from the tournament if I get an e-mail from them at Jag@oldeforest.com that way there is a paper trail. Please do not leave any messages on my phone machine regarding withdrawals since my machine here a lot of times has an attitude regarding clarity of the message.

Withdrawls Refunds: If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be refunded the entry fee. Players withdrawing after entry deadline should also provide specific reason with details when asking for excused withdrawl.

We determined the seeding by using the North Carolina Standing list. but we will consider other options. All singles draws are limited, So any extra entries will be in the alternate postion.

Touirnament matches may start on Friday Morning due to doubles and the size of the draws.In case of bad weather we will use 4 Indoor clay courts. All singles matches are 2 out of 3 set matches with 3rd set being a match Tie-breaker ( a 10 Point Tie Breaker), All Doubles matches are 8 game pro sets.
