IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE TOURNAMENT WITH OUR BAD WEATHER SATURDAY NIGHT WE HAVE CHANGED SOME MATCH TIMES AND LOCATIONS. PLEASE CHECK THE DRAWS CAREFULLY!!

TENNIS CLOTHES/ RACQUET STRINGING
CHECK OUT OUR NEW PRO SHOP AT SEASCAPE SPORTS CLUB. WE HAVE A WHOLE NEW ARRAY OF CLOTHING, PUMA, ADIDAS, AND NKE APPAREL ALL ARE AVAILABLE. EVEN IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED AT A DIFFERENT SITE WE EXPECT YOU TO STOP BY THE MAIN SITE. IF YOU NEED A RACQUET STRUNG DROP IT OFF AT ANY OF THE SITES AND IT WILL BE STRUNG BY SUNDAY. HAVE THE DESK CALL THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR TO DETERMINE THE PRICE AND SPECS.

DRAWS POSTED/ALTERNATE SITES WILL BE USED
Print the report above labeled " DIRECTIONS TO ALL SITES-PRINT THIS REPORT-WEATHER HOTLINE" and bring it with you to the tournament. REPORT DIRECTLY TO YOUR ASSIGNED SITE. "SSC" is Sesasape Sports Club, "HH" is Harbor High School and "AH" is Aptos High School. Allow for beach traffic and try and check in 30 minutes prior to your start time.

CONTACTING THE TD/ WITHDRAWS
Before the actual dates of the tournament please contact the TD by e-mail (above) if you have any questions. Please submit any withdraws in writing first by emailing the TD and then also call the TD phone number above and leave a message as well. Once the tournament starts then calling first would be most appropriate. Leave a message if there is no answer and then send an email for your own records. IF ENTRIES HAVE NOT CLOSED YOU CAN WITHDRAWAL YOURSELF ONLINE WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER. YOU CAN ALSO EDIT YOUR OWN REGISTRATION ONLINE YOURSELF.

Singles matches wil use the 10 point Match Tie Break in lieu of
the third set. Doubles will be 8 game Pro-Sets. PLAYERS MUST PLAY
DOUBLES IN THE SAME AGE GROUP THEY PLAY IN SINGLES. Players should
be prepared to play up to three singles matches in one day. This
will only happen if draws are larger than 16 players.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 5, 2007 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
