We will update the website and voicemail at the Tennis Center every 30 minutes in case of inclement weather. Please check the website periodicially during the tournament.

If you have entered an event that does not make, we will move you up to the next age group. Please email or call if you do not want to move up. You must call or email by Tuesday @ 10:00pm.

Ice Cream will be served on Saturday, June 28th from 11:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. (1) free cup for all participants. Non-participants may purchase a cup for a small fee.

Any requests for avoidances or other accommodations should be e-mailed to the Tournament Director NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JUNE 23rd. Requests will be honored to the extent possible, however the number of requests and players may limit the availability of avoidances

PLEASE PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL PHONE NUMBER (MOBILE PHONE) WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED AT THE TOURNAMENT SITE. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after the draw has been made. USTA rules will be observed. Point penalty system will be used. Warm-up is limited to 5 minutes. The tournament referee will be the judge in all matters related to matches. Players must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their first scheduled match. Penalties may be assessed for lateness as determined by the referee, who is the official timekeeper. After checking in, players must remain near the check-in area and be readily available for court assignments.

First match times will be posted on line or available by phone (803)-326-3842 or (803)-326-3841 between 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM, June 26, 2008. Play may begin on Friday, June 27TH. RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH THE PLAYER IN OBTAINING MATCH START TIMES.

All singles matches will be two out of three sets. All doubles matches will be 8-game pro sets. No ad scoring may be implemented in case of inclement weather.

For all winners & finalists. We will also give an award for sportsmanship voted on by our tournament committee. Thanks for playing.
