Scoring and Start Date
Play could start Friday, Sept. 19th at 6pm depending on the size of the draws. All singles matches are 2 out of 3 sets with a match Tie-breaker( a 10 point Tie Breaker) in lieu of the the 3rd set.
Make sure you check in for your first match 30 minutes before your first match time!!
Play will be held at the Burlington Tennis Center and Elon University if needed on Sat. the 20th.

Player Lunch
There will be a Pizza lunch available at the Kernodle Center(behind BTC) starting at 11:30 on Saturday Sept. 20th.

PLAY AT 2 SITES-CHECK IN AT PLAYING SITE
THERE WILL BE PLAY AT 2 SITES- BURLINGTON TENNIS CENTER(BTC) AND ELON UNIVERSITY(EU).
MAKE SURE YOU REPORT (30 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED MATCH) DIRECTLY TO THE SITE YOU ARE PLAYING. YOU CAN COME BACK TO THE BTC AND PICK UP T-SHIRT LATER ON.ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM IF YOU HAVE NOT MAILED OR FAXED IT IN.

fROM I-40 TAKE EXIT 140 TO UNIVERSITY DRIVE. GO TOWARDS ELON. STAY IN LEFT LANE TWO LANES TURN INTO SINGLE LANE, GO OVER THE RAILROAD TRACKS AND COME TO A STOP SIGN, TURN RT ONTO HAGGARD AVE, STAY ON THIS ROAD TIL ELON UNIVERSITY.GO TRU THE CAMPUS (1/2 MILE) AND TENNIS COURTS WILL BE ON YOUR RT

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 14, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
