WINDERMERE SUMMER BREEZE JR CHPS - GA LEVEL 4

If you were scheduled to play at 8AM Sunday morning, please recheck the draw times. We had some matches finish later on Saturday evening, and we had to push SOME of the match times back. There are FOUR matches still scheduled for 8AM so please confirm before you leave home

We will try to keep the website as up to date as possible as far as the weather is concerned. Hopefully it will not be an issue this weekend. Word of advice---Always check a tournament website before you leave for any match. Just because it isn't wet where you live, doesn't mean the tournament was not affected by the weather.

It is about a 20 minute drive from Windermere to Vickery Turn Right on Trammel--Turn Left on Gilbert, go 1.1 mile, turn Right on Old Atlanta .8mile---Turn Left on Brannon go 1.4 mile, Turn right on Peachtree Parkway. Go .4 mile Peachtree Parkway becomes Bethelview when you cross over Hwy 9. Go 1.2 miles turn left on Castleberry, go 1.3 miles. Turn Right on Majors Rd. Go 1.5 miles turn Right on Post Rd. go .1 mile turn left on Clarion. Turn Right on Colfax, Turn left on Meeting House Rd. Courts will be on your left---if you drive to the first stop sign take a left then make your first left as if you are driving around the courts. Parking is on your right between the pool and the courts.

Players DO NOT have to check in at Windermere before their first match. However, they will have to come to Windermere to check-in afterwards. After that, just report to whatever site you are scheduled to play.

DEADLINE EXTENDED-through Tuesday,August 19. We will be accepting late entries until TUESDAY at 6:00PM. Please email your name, USTA#, age group, & credit card info (NAME ON CARD, CARD #, AND EXPIRATION DATE) to Jim@harptennis.com. You must include ALL of this information for your child to be entered into the tournament. LATE ENTRY FEE IS $65.00 You will need to bring a check for $65.00 at the tournament check-in. You will be e-mailed a confirmation on Wednesday, August 20. No phone entries will be accepted! Failure to include all of this information will result in not being entered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There will be a player party at Stars and Strikes, Cumming, GA on Saturday at 6:30PM. Complimentary dinner and drink for the players!
