We regret that, due to an unusually large number of entries, we have had to restrict each event to a maximum draw size of 16 players (and cancel the girls 18's). Players were accepted into the draws following USTA guidelines (players accepted based upon rankings). All other players will be considered as alternates. At the conclusion of the tournament, players not making it into the draws will be sent a refund check. (Unfortunately, the USTA will not share with us the name of the person whose name appears on the credit card used during registration. Therefore, the refund checks will be made payable to the player and sent to the player's address.)

Matches can begin as early as 4pm on Friday (although most matches will not start until 6pm or later). Every effort will be made to schedule out-of-town players to later start times. We cannot accept individual scheduling requests. Players should be prepared to play at least one match on Friday, and anytime on Saturday and Sunday.

The tournament committee reserves the right to limit the draws to a maximum of 16 per event if needed to accommodate scheduling. Players will be accepted into the draw according the USTA rules as outlined in the Friend-at-Court. Players not accepted into the draw will be considered as alternates. Players not accepted into the draw will receive a refund of their entry fees with approx. 10 days.

All matches will be 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10-game match tie break in-lieu-of the third set.
