The scoring format for the tournament (Main draw and Consolation) will be 2 sets with the 3rd set being a 10 point match tiebreak.

Medical release forms are now mandatory for USTA sanctioned tournaments. Please bring your signed copy when checking in for your first match.

FROM GA400 TAKE HAYNES BRIDGE EXIT EAST OFF OF 400. GO TO END OF HAYNES BRIDGE AND TURN LEFT ONTO OLD ALABAMA. GO 1.5 MILES PAST JONES BRIDGE ROAD - TAKE FIRST ENTRANCE ON RIGHT INTO CCS.
FROM 141 TAKE OLD ALABAMA TO THE SECOND ENTRANCE ON THE LEFT INTO CCS.

Directions to Falls at Autry Mill (FAM)
FROM GA400 TAKE HAYNES BRIDGE EXIT EAST OFF OF 400. GO TO END OF HAYNES BRIDGE AND TURN LEFT ONTO OLD ALABAMA. GO 1 MILE PAST JONES BRIDGE ROAD - TAKE ENTRANCE ON LEFT INTO FALLS OF AUTRY MILL. GO STRAIGHT TO THE CLUBHOUSE.
FROM 141 TAKE OLD ALABAMA TO THE ENTRANCE ON THE RIGHT PAST AUTRY MILLS MIDDLE SCHOOL. GO STRAIGHT TO THE CLUBHOUSE.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, October 17, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
