Boys 16 Draws and First Match Times:
First match times for the B16 have been posted on the draws. The tournament will be played through Thursday, June 5 to deterime the players to be endorsed to the OVTA district tournament. We will complete the tournament on or about June 11-13. All B16 matches will be played at Wickertree Tennis Club. (If you have a match time conflict DUE TO PLAY IN THE OHSAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS MAY 30-31 OR THE OTCA STATE TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS JUNE 1, contact the tournament director at Wickertree. We regret that we can not schedule around any other conflicts.)

Sunday, April 27, 2008 ... no late entries will be accepted.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT:
This event is limited to residents of Madison, Franklin, and Delaware Counties.

*****NOTE - CHANGE TO WAIVER PROCEDURE
Players can request a waiver if: 1. they have applied for and are accepted into a National Open or other level 2 or 3 event 2. they request the waiver (in writing to Jim Hendrix at jnh@ix.netcom.com) BEFORE the April 27 deadline for the Area Qualifier 3. the Area Qualifier dates for their particular event conflicts with the dates of the National Open or other level 2 or 3 event at which they wish to play. There is no national ranking requirement to receive a waiver. The tournament committee reserves the right to limit the number of waivers granted in any particular age division to a maximum of 4 (rankings would be used to determine the order in which the waivers would be accepted.)

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
