Athletic Trainer
We are very pleased to announce that Jimmy Hutson will be our trainer during the tournament and will be treating players for free at Canyon Creek Country Club. He will be available Saturday from 10:30 AM-close, Sunday from 10:00 AM-close, and we are working on the Monday schedule. You can find the trainer on the tennis patio near the tennis shop and Court 5, or you can ask at the touranment desk for directions.

Official Tournament Hotel
We have a fabulous rate of $79 per night at the Courtyard by Marriott in Richardson. Ask for the "Canyon Creek-USTA TX" rate and Group Code CRK. This rate includes a full cooked breakfast for two people and additional meals can be purchased from the hotel. Sites and Practice Courts
We will be playing matches at Canyon Creek Country Club in Richardson and at Colllin County Community College in Plano. Practice courts will be available at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and at Pearce High School as well as at numerous high schools and junior high schools in the area.

Canyon Creek Country Club (CAN)
Canyon Creek Country Club has 16 lighted tennis courts. There will be water on the courts. Drinks, snacks, and meals will be sold inside the clubhouse. Restrooms and showers are also accessible. Complete meal service will be available to all tournament players and guests with cash payments OK. Members of reciprocal clubs may charge food and beverage purchases to their home club. Collin County Community College (COL)
Collin County Community College has 12 lighted courts, bathrooms located in the Recreation Center, players are asked to stay out of the gym and the weight room. We are planning to have water and ice in big jugs at the tournament desk, but it is going to be a hot weekend so we also recommend that you bring your own water to the courts. We will also have some snacks available for sale at this site just in case you get the munchies. Click link for directions.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 19, 2008 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
