GEORGIA LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENT. CONSOLATION - FMC. E(8)s is BG(Co-Ed)8s. T-shirts. One event per player. First match consolation. Play will be during the day. Other facilities will be used if necessary. Scoring format - 2 sets with third set match tie-break. SATELLITE - This tournament is open ONLY to players with no previous year-end Championship final ranking. Completed USTA Georgia Release & Medical Release Form MUST be turned in before first match - NO EXCEPTIONS!
