With 140 players and the entire event being held at Palencia, the schedule is very tight. Some match times for later rounds will be adjusted. It is important that the tournament desk has a contact phone number for each player so the player can be reached over the weekend in the event that a match time is adjusted. Also, it will be helpful if players are not too far away from the site during the day so that match times can be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding. We will keep our fingers crossed that the weather is good!

Due to draw sizes, please pay attention to the day of your first round match. Some players will play first match on Sunday. Thanks!

All consolation matches will be an 8-game Pro Set (tiebreaker at 8-8). Some divisions may play 3 Pro Set matches in one day.

in the event of inclement weather, this site will be immediately updated with scheduling details. pro shop can be reached at 825-4012 but you may have to be patient as phone lines will be full. internet will be quickest way to get info. In the event of rain delays main draw matches will move to No-Ad scoring. Further rain delays will require 8-game Pro Set format and then cancellation of consolation rounds. All divisions will be played at Palencia. Palencia is located on US 1 at the east end of International Golf Parkway (exit 323 on I-95).
