Friday and Saturday Rained Out

All Friday and Saturday matches have been rescheduled. Please be flexible with new match times as we have had 2 days of rain and have to play around ALTA and established programs. The weather forecast for Sunday thru Tuesday looks dry and warmer (70's). Thanks for your patience and thanks for playing. * In the event of inclement weather or the possibility of inclement weather, it is the player's responsibility to obtain match status and match times from the Tournament Desk at (770) 528-8525. If you reach voicemail when you call, please leave your name, event, and original match time so we can get back to you in a timely manner. * Also, please remember to be patient during this process as there are many players in this tournament and they all need information. * During inclement weather, initially matches will be put into a rain delay. In the event of a SIGNIFICANT rain delay, we will attempt to play all Main Draw Matches while scheduling permits. *

Directions from I-75

Exit Barrett Pkwy - Go West on Barrett Pkwy (Northbound traffic will turn left at the bottom of the ramp southbound traffic will turn right at the bottom of the ramp) - Go approx. 10 miles to Dallas Hwy (Wendy's on the right) & turn right (also Hwy 120) - Go approx. 5 miles - You will see the softball fields and Boots Ward Rec Center on the left just before the park entrance - turn left into Lost Mountain park at the signal - Follow the signs to the Tennis Center.

Take I-20 to I-75 North and follow above I-75 directions.

Directions from I-285

Take I-285 to I-75 North and follow above I-75 directions.

Directions from I-85

Take I-85 South to I-285 West then follow above directions. Take I-85 North to I-75 North then follow above directions.

Referee Change

The tournament Referee for Friday and Saturday will be Traci Thomas. The Referee will change on Sunday to Angela Bay.

Notes
Limit one Singles, one Doubles and one Specialty Doubles (i.e. MXd, FSd, MDd). Weekday play begins no earlier than 6:00 PM. No Refunds after draw is posted. T-shirts for ALL players. Scheduling will be made around ALTA league play.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry Type
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 28, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
