Sites and Check In
Matches will be played at 4 sites
Saturday: Creekstone Estate Tennis Courts (CS), Windward Lake Club (WLC), and Alpharetta High School (AHS)
Sunday: Webb Bridge Middle School (WBM) and Windward Lake Club (WLC)
Every effort has been made to avoid excessive driving from site to site.
You should report directly to the site where you play your first match 30 minutes early.
You will need to submit the Medical Release Form and pay any fees due before you will be allowed to play.

Seeding Procedure
Seeding was done using the October 27 Southern Standing List. Consideration was made for highly rated younger players in each age group. Also, head to head play was investigated.

How many Events?
Players may enter ONLY 1 AGE DIVISION in Doubles event plus the free Mixed Doubles event.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 27, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
