ALL MATCHES FOR THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18TH WILL BE PLAYED AS SCHEDULED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MATCH TIMES AS SOME OF THEM HAVE CHANGED OVER THE COURSE OF THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS.

In case of Inclement Weather, updates will be posted online. Match times may change due to rain throughout the week. It is the players responsibility to check website the day of their match to confirm match times.

CANCELLED DIVIONS

Below are the divisions that were cancelled or combined due to the lack of entrants. If you signed up for one of the following events and it was cancelled, you will receive a refund in the mail following the tournament.

MATCH FORMAT

Matches will be best 2-out-of 3 sets with a Super tie-breaker (10 Point - must win by two points) in lieu of a 3rd set. Consolation matches will be pro-sets. Players are guaranteed two matches.

PRICES

**DUE TO THE CURRENT ECONOMIC TIMES, THE DTC HAS REDUCED THE PRICE OF THE TOURNAMENT TO $18 PER SINGLES EVENT AND $13 PER PERSON FOR DOUBLES. IN RETURN THE DARLING TENNIS CENTER WILL BE PUTTING UP A CHRISTMAS CHARITY TREE FOR THOSE IN NEED. WE WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND THE OFFER FOR ALL ENTRANTS TO BRING A UNWRAPPED GIFT IN THE $5-$10 RANGE AND PLACE UNDER THE TREE ON THE NIGHT OF THEIR FIRST MATCH. FOLLOWING THE TOURNAMENTS CONCLUSION, THE DTC WILL GIVE ALL GIFTS TO THE SALVATION ARMY TO DISTRIBUTE TO THOSE FAMILIES IN NEED**

FOR MATCHES THAT ARE TAKING PLACE ON WEEKNIGHTS, NOTHING WILL START BEFORE 5PM.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry Type

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, December 11, 2008 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
