We suggest double checking your first match times before leaving for the tournament due to last minute withdrawals. All withdrawals are being posted as soon as they are received (during regular business hours).

TOURNAMENT SITES
Sites being used for this tournament are: Brookhaven Country Club (BRK on draw), Bent Tree Country Club (BT on draw), Fretz Tennis Center (FTZ on draw), Greenhill Tennis Center (GRN on draw), LB Houston Tennis Center (LBH on draw) and T Bar M Racquet Club (TBM on draw). HOTEL INFO
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Addison will be the host hotel for this tournament. (Note the Crowne Plaza is already full for Friday night.) Rates are $59 per night (room only) or $69 per night (with breakfast included). Call 972-980-8877 for reservations - be sure to tell them you are with the Dallas Tennis Association group. The hotel address is 14315 Midway Road, Addison TX 75001. Other Addison area hotels: Holiday Inn Express located at 4355 Beltway Drive - call 888-890-0242 for reservations, Marriott Quorum located at 14901 Dallas Parkway - call 800-228-9290 for reservations, Doubletree Hotel Dallas located at4099 Valley View Lane - call 972-385-9000 for reservations. The DTA does not have special rates at the other hotels.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Doubles will begin at 7:00 p.m. Friday night, singles will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

NO LATE ENTRIES
The tournament deadline has passed. We are no longer accepting entries. All doubles pairings have been completed. If you doubles partner did not register, you have been removed from doubles. (See rules below. All players with phone numbers have been contacted.)

WARM UP COURTS
The DTA does not provide warm up courts at the tournament sites. All courts at these sites are being used for match play. If you need warm up courts, here are a few places to try: Brookhaven Community College (3939 Valley View Ln, Dallas 75244), Richardson High School (1250 Beltline Rd, Richardson 75080), RL Turner High School (1600 Josey Ln, Carrollton 75006) and Addison Town court (on Beltway between Proton and Midway in Addison).

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, November 18, 2008 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
