IF YOUR MATCH IS SCORED AS A DEFAULT NO SHOW... ( please read carefully )
...you need to send us a note from a doctor who has seen you since the tournament began ( sorry, but excuses that are 30-60 days old are not acceptible ). As soon as the note is received, we will update the draw.

Withdrawal - Please read this carefully !!
You must provide a note from a doctor who has actually seen you ( injury or illness ) or written proof ( in the case of personal emergency - IF WE CANNOT VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF YOUR REASON FOR WITHDRAWING YOUR MATCH WILL BE SCORED AS A DEFAULT-NO SHOW - which means you will receive suspension points. You must see the trainer and get approval from the Head Referee at Laurel Park Tennis Center. Do not tell anyone at the desk and think you have properly defaulted. Unless you speak to the Head Referee in person, it will be counted as a "No Show". If you are at another site, have the desk worker call the Head Referee for you to speak with him. No telephone withdrawals will be accepted. You must see the Head Referee in person or it will be counted as "NO SHOW" which carries 5 suspension points.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 28, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
