Tournament Status/Issues/Updates [as of 7/10/07]
The staff, USTA Officials, and the Tournament Director would like to thank all of the players for participating in the first San Mateo City NTRP.We met a lot of nice people and that made our jobs a pleasure to do.We apologize for the mistakes that were made and are making sure that these areas are corrected so that next year you will have an even better experience.,The winners and finalists should receive their prizes in about a week.I look foward to seeing all of you next year.Thank you. Contacting the Tournament Director (TD) or the Referee: Withdraws, ...
[1] Please always provide your full name, your USTA # and the name(s) of the event(s) that you are participating in.
[2] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. [3] After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing by emailing BOTH the TD and the Referee (see email addresses above).
[4] After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the TD and then email BOTH the TD and the Referee.

Tournament Format and Lateness
[1] Please report to the primary site at the San Mateo High School (your actual play site is identified on the draws after the day and time).
[2] When signing up for a doubles event, we strongly recommend that you identify (if you have one) your doubles partner (be sure that this person has entered the tournament) by using this person's USTA #.
[3] All Singles Events will be Best of 3 TB Sets (full 3rd set), with a playoff match to determine 3rd and 4th places.
[4] All Doubles Events will be Best of 3 TB Sets (with a 10 points match tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set).
[5] All events will use regular scoring.
[6] We reserve the right to adjust the schedules as needed. Please check your next match times a day in advance as you progress through the draws.
[7] For the singles events, a mandatory playoff match will determine the 3rd and 4th places.
[8] Be on time for your matches: Check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 1, 2007 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
