Doubles
Doubles sign-up and pairing will close on Sat. May 17 at 10 am. If you know your partner before then, e-mail us. Otherwise we will pair up all who indicate that they wish to play doubles. First round of doubles will be Saturday afternoon. Doubles will be 8-game pro set with tie break at 8-all.

Medical Release
Medical Release must be turned in 30 minutes before time of first match. It must be signed by parent or legal guardian. Without this signature, players will not be allowed to participate. Medical releases may be faxed before the tournament to (619) 221-9076.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 24, 2008 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
