Hotel Issues
The USA Track and Field Association is having its national meet at Omaha during the same time as our tournament. Due to this event in conjunction with ours, hotel space is at a premium. We are fortunate to have found a very reasonable rate. Our host hotel is the Comfort Inn and Suites. The rate for this hotel for the event is $84.00. The only way to book rooms is via the local phone
number, which is 402-934-4900. Please ask for
the tennis tournament rate. The hotel is located at 7007 Grover Street, Omaha NE
68106. This is two blocks off of the I-80 entrance, It is right across the street from the state's largest indoor water park, the Coco Keys. Reservations should be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the check in date. Remember hotel rates are at a premium during this time, so do not delay in making reservations, as we are unable to guarantee anything after the 3 week period.

Event Schedule
Registration @ Koch Family Tennis Center: Tuesday, July 22, 2008(no competition on Tuesday)
Players need not arrive before Tuesday. Players are expected to be at the Tuesday registration and presentations.
Open Practice @ Koch Family Tennis Center: 12:00pm – 3:00pm (first come basis).
Player Registration @ Koch: 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
Coaches Meeting: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Koch).
USTA Parent Presentation: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (on site at Koch).
Orientation & USTA Player Presentation: 4:00pm–4:45pm.
Team Meetings & Photos: 5:00pm-6:00pm (Wear section uniform given at meeting).
Team Play Begins: 8:00am Wednesday, July 23th.
Coaches Meeting: Friday Evening, July 25th.
Play Ends: Sunday, July 27th.
Dinner & Awards: Required 6:30pm Sat, July 26,(players/coaches no cost, $5 per. guest )
Final Awards: 1:00pm, Sunday, July 27.
Departure: 2:00pm, Sunday, July 27.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 25, 2008 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
